I was contacted by the Haynes family to photograph not only their Newborn photography session, but their Hospital photos of their baby after birth. What is called a Fresh 48 session, I would come into the hospital 24-48 hours after baby has been born and new mom and dad has had time to get a little rest to photograph their new family together.

 I enjoyed creating a personal experience for this new family. First family photos, sweet newborn cuddles, and some of the sweetest shots of a newborn after birth.  

Mom and Dad are first time parents, and such naturals already. With delicate touches, sweet kisses, and one amazing bonding experience with their newborn.

I enjoy capturing such amazing moments! After birth it is expected to be tired and overwhelmed, once you are home the experience of birth and the moments after slip your mind easily to easy really. These are moments we try our hardest to hang on to, remembering each detail of our newborn. How small or big they are, the newborn smell ( and yes baby breath it's amazing). I may not be able to help you remember the smells but those are little details you concentrate on remembering the most. I provide you with all the other touches of your session.

 After recently Meeting the "M" family I was so excited when I was contacted for their 1st family photo session. As amazing as these two little girl's where, I couldn't believe they'd never had photos done before. They were such a natural and did every pose that was asked. 

I love traveling and when traveling to one of my favorite locations for session's I get that much more excited. The beautiful spot in Lake Whales is one of my dream locations. You'll see why, there is a beautiful tower and the best garden areas. 

The Youngest of the two was so interested with the big flowers around the park, I asked her to pick her favorite and give me a big smile! I would say that is definitely a gorgeous one, the flower as well ;)  

Not only was this family having their first family session done, but we had a blast photographing a little mini session of their big girl getting ready to start Pre-School. Definitely a big deal for her, she was so excited and couldn't wait to get started! 

One of the cutest moments, when I caught dad having a moment with his little lady playing tickle monster! These are the moments we live for. Live Laugh Love I say and this family does it all! <3

 A few weeks ago I'm standing in line at the grocery store when this lady behind me with 4 beautiful children starts breastfeeding her youngest. In my mind I am thinking wow such courage, I am so proud of this lady. I walk over to tell her what an amazing job she is doing and I love her bravery. She begins to tell me, Thank you but she thought I was coming over to give her a hard time about breast feeding in public. 

This woman with such courage and strength should never had to worry about where to feed their baby. Breast feeding is so natural and what we our intended as mothers to offer our children. Not only was she braving such an amazing thing she was preparing for her husband coming home from the military after being away for a year. 

I am so thankful to of met two of the strongest willed people I could ever meet. A woman who believes in herself and her family to do what is right and best for her children and a man who fights for his family and country. I am forever honored to of crossed paths with the both of them.
